Logging On

You must open a web browser to log in and use the application.

About this task

Service Infractions is a browser-based application. At this time, Trapeze recommends using Google Chrome with Service Infractions.

Procedure

  1. In a web browser window, go to the application website address.
    • The address is specific to your organization.
    • The address should either be a URL (for example, www.trapezegroup.com) or it should use the IP address or computer name. For example, http://<IP address>:<port number>.
    • Depending on how your system was set up, the address might be saved under Favorites in your web browser, or a shortcut might exist on the computer desktop.
    • If you require assistance, see your system administrator.
  2. Type your login name.
  3. Type your password.
  4. Click Login.

What to do next

Service Infractions is designed to be used as a full screen application. In most web browsers, you can press F11 on the keyboard to enter full-screen mode.
