Editing Work Orders

Bus Stop Manager allows you to edit or update specific components of the work order without having to open the entire Work Details screen. The Operations frame in the Details screen allows you to enter information on specific components as the work progresses.

Open the BSM portal.
  1. In the Filter Options pane, select the filters you want to apply in your search.
  2. Click Find.
    The work orders that match your selected criteria are shown on the right pane.

  3. In the Operations pane of the Case Number screen, click Edit.
    The Editing Case Number screen appears.

  4. Make the necessary changes to the appropriate fields.
  5. To change or add points to the work order, click the ellipsis button on the Points field.

    1. Click Find.
      A window appears showing fields similar to those in the Points screen.
    2. On the upper pane, select or fill in the filters that you want to apply to search for points, and then click Find.
      The points that match the selected filters are shown in Points pane.
    3. Select the points that you want to add to the case, and then click Add on the map.
      The selected points are added in the Points pane.
  6. Optional: In the Add Comment field in the Editing Case Number screen, enter any additional information that you want to include.
  7. Click Update.
