Removing Points from Work Orders

You can remove points from a work order that are no longer required.

Open the Work Orders screen.
  1. Search for the work order you want to modify
  2. In the Operations pane of the Case Number screen, click Manage Points.
    The Manage Points window appears showing the contents of the Points tab: the selected point and a representation of the point on the map.
  3. Beside the point that you want to remove, click the Delete button: Delete button.
  4. Click Finish.
    On the Points tab, the deleted points are also no longer shown on the grid in the Manage Points frame.
