When your transit site sets a policy defining the use of private and shared workspaces, it is up to the system administrator to maintain Trapeze5 in accordance with that policy.
Depending on the policy, users may or may not be given access to certain functions throughout BlockBuster. If you try to perform a function described in this guide and you receive the message “Authorization Failed”, it means that you have not been given the rights to perform that task.
Menu items appear shaded or not activated in your workspace may also be an indication that you do not have permission to access a certain task/function.
