Reports Properties

Crystal Reports XI Runtimes is required for running reports.

On the System tab, set the following property: Report Wizard/Reports directory - In the Reports directory field, type the pathname to the folder where the CostingSummary.txt file is stored by default. You are able to read, write, print, and delete the file.

On the Reports tab, set the following properties:

Property Description
Enforce Shell Printer Selection (This applies to CITRIX users.) If set to Yes, when you log in to BlockBuster, a prompt appears that asks you if you want to set the printer you want to use. If set to No, the printer used by the user who logged out last from the network, is set as your printer by default.
Organization Name Organization name in the header of your reports.
Report Archive If set to Yes, the reports created are stored in the format in which they were saved. The files, however, can only be opened using a Trapeze6 service. (This property applies to custom Crystal reports only.)
Styles file (For SQL reports) Style sheet to be used to format your reports. Your selection overrides the style sheet set as the default.
