Viewing History of Saved Scenarios
The Run Scenarios dialog contains the list of saved scenarios.
To view a list of saved scenarios for the context to which the system is currently set or from
all or selected service group and exception combinations, click or click the Scenario Listbutton: ![]()
The Run Scenarios dialog opens.
The following table explains the columns in the dialog.
Note: An asterisk marks the scenario
you are currently using and that has not yet been saved. This selected scenario is based
on a scenario that you selected earlier.

| Service Group | <All> or the service group selected from the Service Group drop-down menu |
| Exc Combo (Exception Combination) | <Off> or the exception combination selected from the Exc. Combo list |
| Scenario | Name that you assigned to the scenario |
| Runs | Number of runs included in the scenario |
| Legal Runs | Total number of legal runs |
| Illegal Runs | Total number of illegal runs |
| Total Pay Hours | Total amount of paid time of the scenario |
| Total Pay | Total amount to be paid to the operators for a run |
| Total Cost | Total cost of a run based on pay and overhead |
| Spreadover | Total spread overtime premium |
| Str (Straight) | Only appears if you have defined this as a run type category or percentage rule |
| Saved | Date the scenario was saved |
| Saved | Time of day the scenario was saved |
| User Name | Name of the person logged in using the system |
| Active |
Select this checkbox to: Use the scenario as the current scenario. Apply exceptions to the scenario. Use the scenario for Rostering (FX), Bidding (OPS) or reports. |
