Removing Loaded Runs from Roster

You can delete some of the loaded runs that you do not need from the roster using the Load Runs dialog box.

  1. Click Runcutting > Load Runs.
  2. Click Remove.
  3. To remove services, do one of the following steps:
    • To remove all services at one time, select the check boxes for each day of the week.
    • To remove runs of a specific service group, select that service.
      Note: You do not have to select a run type.
    • To remove specific run types, in the RunType Number field, click the Ellipsis button: Ellipsis button.

      In the Select Run Types dialog box, select the run type you want to remove.

  4. Click Apply.
    The Combinations statistics confirms the run removal either by showing zero (0) or a reduced number in the applicable day columns.
    Tip: When creating a new set of rosters, it is a good practice to clear your Rostering screen before starting another rostering procedure.
