Setting Display of Count Data

Set how the count data appears on the Trips grid.

  1. Click Ridership > Multiple Counts.
  2. Select any of the following options on the submenu:
    • Total
    • Average by incident
    • Average by number of checks
    • Factored.
      Note: You must also click Ridership > Show and select the Board, Alight, Load option. When you choose this, you are able to use the other Criteria filters to display or export on-time performance and ridership data on the Trips tab. (Some PLAN reports apply factoring.)

    If a trip is checked only once, all information from that check appears. However, if the trip is checked multiple times, the data appears in the selected format.
