OPS Sign-In Terminal Kiosks

Use ancillary data to define kiosks where employees can sign in to and off from work.

Table 1. Field Descriptions for OPS Sign-In Terminal Kiosks
Fields Description
Attributes An attribute indicating the status of the kiosk. An active kiosk is marked with a green dot.

If the kiosk has never been opened the status appears as Not Active (marked with a red dot).

The last active time is logged when the Sign-In Terminal page for the kiosk is initially opened, when a user attempts to sign in to or off of a kiosk, and when a session times out (as specified in Properties, in the Core > Session > DefaultTimeout property). If the DefaultTimeout property is set to 0, the system checks every three minutes.

Entries are saved in the OPSSITLog table for instances when an OPS Sign-In Terminal kiosk status changes (a sign-in terminal goes online or offline). Log entries can also be saved for Sign In and Sign Off attempts (based on the OPS > SIT > Log Sign In and Sign Off Attempts property).
