Setting Up Sign-In Terminal Parameters

The OPS Sign-In Terminal Parameters ancillary data screen defines how employee types and divisions use sign-in terminals.

The OPS > SignInTerminal > Kiosk > View security permission key must be granted.
  1. In the Client Shell, select Ancillary > SIT > OPS Sign-In Terminal Parameters.

  2. In the list view, right-click Add New Record.
  3. Enter a Description of the group.
  4. Select a Division.
  5. Select an EmployeeType.
  6. Save the record.
  7. In the detail view, select the Sign-In Parameters tab and complete the fields.
    If needed, refresh the screen to show the entry fields.
  8. Select the Sign-Off Parameters tab and complete the fields.
  9. Select the Receipt Parameters tab and complete the fields.
  10. Select the Monitoring Agent tab and complete the fields.
  11. Select Save: Save
