Receipt Parameters Tab Fields

In OPS Sign-In Terminal Parameters, the ancillary data on the Receipt Parameters tab specifies the information included on the receipt.

Fields Description
Accrual Type Group On Receipt Accrual Types Ancillary Group to be used.

Event Print Select one or more statuses that will cause the receipt to print.
Print Subsequent Work Info On Receipt If selected, subsequent work that doesn't require sign in is printed on sign-in terminal receipts.
Receipt Printing Method To allow for sign-in receipts to be sent to mobile devices instead of printed on-site, multiple sign-in terminal print options are available.
  • Print Receipt - Receipt is printed from the sign-in terminal.
  • Send to Mobile Device - Receipt is available on the employee's mobile device. After signing in, check the Notifications area for a Receipt notification. Receipts viewed this way expire after the amount of time specified in OPS > OPS Mobile > Push Notification > SIT Receipt > Expiry Minutes has expired. If the user doesn't have a registered mobile device, the receipt is printed instead of sent to the mobile device.
  • Don't Print Receipt - Receipt isn't printed at kiosk or to mobile device.
Show Accrual Info on Receipt Select to include accrual information on the SIT receipt.
Show Additional Vehicle Assignment Info On Receipt Enter a comma-separated list of the supplementary fields that you created for DailyBlocks (for example, UserString1,UserString2). These fields are printed on the receipt.

Additionally, if a sign-in terminal receipt is being printed for a piece of work that belongs to a Rail division, and the assigned vehicle is a Rail type, an additional row will be printed which will indicate the vehicle numbers (separated with a '+' character) and the From/To time of the consist.
Show Detour Message On Receipt If selected, detour messages are printed on sign-in terminal receipts.
Show Eligible Or Accrual Balance On Receipt Whether to show the employees eligible balance or accrual balance. The current date is used to define the balance.
Show Employee Message On Receipt If selected, employee messages are printed on sign-in terminal receipts.
Show Employee Picture On Receipt If selected, the employee's picture is included on the receipt. If no employee picture is available, the default employee picture is printed.
Show Line Group On Receipt If selected, line group information is printed on sign-in terminal receipts.
Show Line List On Receipt If selected, line list information is printed on sign-in terminal receipts.
Show OnTime Performance On Receipt If selected, and OPS is integrated with Trapeze CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) at your transit agency, employee on-time performance information is printed on sign-in terminal receipts.

Performance information shown is specified by the OPS > Self-Service > On Time Performance > Column List system property.
Show Parking Info On Receipt If selected, parking information appears on sign-in terminal receipts.
Suppress Actual Time On Receipt If selected, the receipt won't include the sign-on and sign-off times.
Suppress Parking if Street Relief If selected, and the sign-in location isn't a garage, the parking row/column doesn't appear on the sign-in terminal screen and receipt.
