Description: Contains all of the absence-related operational quotas.

| AbsenceQuotaTypeId | Unique identifier for an absence quota type. |
| FromDate | Start date when the Absence Quota is valid. |
| ToDate | End date after which the Absence Quota is no longer valid. |
| QuotaWeek | Absence quota for the week. |
| QuotaSunday | Absence quota for Sundays. |
| QuotaMonday | Absence quota for Mondays. |
| QuotaTuesday | Absence quota for Tuesdays. |
| QuotaWednesday | Absence quota for Wednesdays. |
| QuotaThursday | Absence quota for Thursdays. |
| QuotaFriday | Absence quota for Fridays. |
| QuotaSaturday | Absence quota for Saturdays. |
| PrimePeriod | If true, this is a prime period. During prime periods, the maximum number of bids that an operator can have is specified by BidUnits.MaxPrimePeriods. |
| ModBy | User who last modified the record. |
| ModDate | Date the record was last modified. |
| ModTime | Time the record was last modified. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
| VacationWaitingList | If true, OPS will generate a Vacation Waiting List. This is a list of employees who placed bids after the quota had been filled. |
