Description: Based on the SignUpPeriods table. Populated via bulk data importation from either SignUpPeriods or from a third party database.

| AgencyId | Agency identifier from Agencies.AgencyId. |
| SignIdSrc | When data is loaded from another system, this may contain a sign up period identifier from the other system. |
| SignUpName | Full name of the sign up period. |
| FromDate | Start date of the sign up period. |
| ToDate | End date of the sign-up period.. |
| Comments | General comments on the sign up period. |
| Production | Indicates whether or not a signup period is considered complete and ready for production. |
| ModTime | Time the sign up period was last modified. |
| ModDate | Date the sign up period was last modified. |
| ModBy | User who last modified the sign up period. |
| Status | Unique identifier of status ( 1 = Success, 2 = Sent, 3 = failed). |
| Flag | Indicates the source of the sign-up (0 = FX, 1 = BlockBluster, 2 = HASTUS). |
