| ExtraBoardTypeAbbr | Abbreviation of the extra board type. |
| Description | Full description of the extraboard type. |
| Rotate | Indicates whether employees of this extraboard type rotate through the extraboard list in accordance with any specified Extraboard Rotation properties (1 = Rotate, 0 = Otherwise). |
| Sequence | Specifies the order of appearance for extraboard types in the Daily Activity screen regarding work assignment. |
| ResetInterval | Number of weeks until the ExtraBoard type resets (used only by custom ExtraBoard rotations). |
| WorkStatusGroup | Group of work statuses (from AncillaryGroup) which are available for selection when dealing with the associated ExtraBoard type. |
| ModTime | Time the record was last modified. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
| ModDate | Date the record was last modified. |
| ModBy | User who last modified the record. |
| FromTime | Start time of the validity period. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
| ToTime | End time of the validity period. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
| ModAction | Last action performed on the record. |
| WorkAssignProfileId | Work assignment profile identifier from TkWorkAssignmentProfile.WorkAssignProfileId. References the work assignment profile used for the extraboard type when suggesting work in the Daily Activity screen. |
| DivisionGroup | The Ancillary Division Group that the defined ExtraBoardType is applicable to. If the field is empty, the defined ExtraBoardType is applicable to employees of any division. |
| JobClassGroup | The Ancillary Division Group that the defined JobClassGroup is applicable to. If the field is empty, the defined ExtraBoardType is applicable to employees of any job class. |
