AbsenceTypeId Unique identifier for an absence type.
Abbreviation Abbreviation of the absence type.
Description Full description of the absence type.
EffectiveFromDate Effective start date for the Absence Type.
EffectiveToDate Effective end date for the Absence Type.
MaxTimeToDeduct Deprecated.
Chargeable If true, absences of this type are chargeable. Supervisors review chargeable absences for workforce performance.
ReportingGroup Reporting group of the absence type.
Rotate If true, absences of this type are considered when rotating the extra board using the 'Rotate More' and 'Skip if Absent' methods.
DayOffFlag If true, absences of this type are recognized on off-days.
HolidayFlag If true, absences of this type are recognized on holidays.
DayTypeGroup If HolidayFlag is true, specifies the types of holidays the absence is recognized on.
OpenWorkAction Indicates what action to take
AbsenceReasonGroup Identifies the Ancillary Absence Reason group containing Absence reasons that are valid for this absence type.
CallInFlag If true, absences of this type will have the date, time and person receiving the call-in recorded.
ReturnToWorkFlag If true, when providing an ending date for absences of this type, the return to work instructions will be displayed.
ReturnInstructions Return-to-work instruction that would be displayed if ReturnToWorkFlag is true.
OpenEndedFlag If true, absences of this type the do not need an end date specified.
RelationshipFlag If true, absences of this type must have a relationship specified for the affected employee.
DefaultToDateFlag If true, upon entering absences of this type, default ToDate values are assigned.
MinDays Minimum absence duration in days.
MaxDays Maximum absence duration in days.
IncludeDaysOff If true, absences of this type include the operators' days off when calculating the maximum length of an employee absence.
EmployeeTypeGroup Employee Type ancillary group to which the absence type can apply.
ExcludeFromBidList If true, operators are excluded from the bid list when the start date of the bid overlaps with a recognized absence of this type.
AbsenceCoexistGroup Absence Type group of absences that can co-exist with this absence type.
AutoDisableSignInUponReturn If true, absences of this type will receive a message upon the first scheduled working day of their return.
DefaultChargeRecommended If true, when an absence of this type is entered, the on-screen Charge Recommended flag is marked by default.
Secured If true, absences of this type require additional security access to be recorded.
UseAccrualYear If true, the absence type has associated accrual years.

PassBreakMaxTreshold Maximum amount of time in seconds by which the system judges if the break time is sent through to the Schedule Server.
PassBreakMinTreshold Minimum amount of time in seconds by which the system judges if the break time is sent through to the Schedule Server.
PassBreakType If true, when absences of this type select the corresponding PASS break type from the pull-down list.
AllowRequests If true, operators can request this type of absence.
RequestOrder Order in which requests for this absence type are processed (0 = Seniority, 1 = Vacation Seniority, 2 = Transaction Time, 3 = Auto Grant).
ModTime Time the record was last modified. Value is in seconds from midnight.
ModDate Date the record was last modified.
ModBy User who last modified the record.
FutureRequestThreshold Number of days in advance that the absence must be requested.
HDWaitingPeriod Minimum number of working days in an absence for the operator's assignments. Used by Hold-Down standard reports.
HDMaxHoldDownWeeks Maximum number of continuous weeks in an absence that can be counted as an open assignment for a given operator's assignment, Used by Hold-Down standard reports.
ModAction Last action performed on the record.
Rank Rank of absences of this type. The greater the rank value, the higher the assignment priority.
MatchDayTypeAction Action to take when DayTypeGroup matches (1 = Treat As Regular Day, 2 = Recognize with Bid Holiday Work, 3 = Recognize with Bid Holiday Day Off, 4 = Recognize with Bid Holiday).
NonMatchDayTypeAction Action to take when DayTypeGroup does not match. (1 = Treat As Regular Day, 2 = Never Recognize As Absence).

ExtendPerformanceDays When managing employee transaction for absences of this type, this specifies the number of days to extend the rolling period for misconduct/performance policy.
DefaultPerformanceValue Default number of performance points associated with the absence type.
AbsenceRelationshipGroup Ancillary group of absence relationships that can be chosen for the absence type.
CoexistWorkTypeGroup Coexist Work Type group associated with the absence type.
FullDayOnly If true, the absence type allows for only full-day absences.
ApprovalCodeRequired If true, when creating an absence of this type, an approval code is required.
CalcMode Calculation mode used to calculate timekeeping(1 = Designated, 2 = Bid, 3 = User Specified Value, 4 = ComparePayCodeList).
NoDaysOffHandling The action to take when there is no dayoff template for employee. (0 = Use Day Off Flag with System Property, 1 = Always Recognized, 2 = Never Recognized).
