| AbsenceQuotaTypeName | Name of the absence quota type. |
| Description | Description of the absence quota type. |
| DurationType | Length of absences in the quota (1 = Daily, 2 = Weekly, 3 = Multiple Daily). |
| Enforce | If true, the system will check if absences are available prior to saving for this quota type. |
| DivisionGroup | Group of divisions for which this record applies. |
| EmployeeTypeGroup | Employee Type Group (from AncillaryGroups) to which the absence quota type applies. |
| JobClassGroup | Job Class Group (from AncillaryGroups) for which the absence quota type applies. |
| BidUnitGroup | Bid Unit Group (from AncillaryGroups) for which the absence quota type applies. |
| BiddingDisplay | Whether to display bidding in days or weeks (0 = Days, 1 = Weeks). |
| ModBy | User who last modified the record. |
| ModDate | Date the record was last modified. |
| ModTime | Time the record was last modified. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
| ModAction | Last action performed on the record. |
