| ControlledAbsence | Indicates whether the absence is a controlled absence (1 = controlled, 0 = otherwise). |
| Unplanned | Indicates whether the absence was planned (1 = planned, 0 = otherwise). |
| Colour | COLORREF value for an RGB color in hexadecimal form (0x00bbggrr) for the reporting group. |
| ModTime | Time the record was last modified. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
| ModDate | Date the record was last modified. |
| ModBy | User who last modified the record. |
| ModAction | Last action performed on the record. |
| ColorName | Name of the color. |
| MapLabel | Used for GoogleMap Label (must be a one-character value A-Z, 0-9) |
| ReportGroupType | Report group type (0 = AbsenceTypes, 1 = OPSIncidentTypes, 2 = FeedBackSubTypes, 3 = PayCodes). |
