Accessing the Voice Gateway

The Voice Gateway, in this case, the Genesys Administrator can be accessed through a web browser using a workstation connected to the same network as that of the Voice Gateway server.

To connect to the platform, open a web browser (for example, Internet Explorer) and type the appropriate address in the Address bar similar to the following example: http://gatewayIP:8080/smc

Note: Replace “gatewayIP” with the IP address of your GVP server.
