About the Customer Survey Manager
The Customer Surveys Manager creates and manages surveys.
The Customer Surveys module allows you to design one or more questionnaires for your customers as a method of gathering feedback for your organization. IVR callers typically access surveys by selecting an option from the main IVR menu. When selected, the option presents callers with a list of all active surveys in the system. Once the users select the survey in which they would like to participate, the IVR system walks them through all of the questions. They can use a push-button telephone keypad to respond. This procedure applies to both PASS-IVR and INFO-IVR.
