About the Offices Manager

The Offices Manager creates and manages the phone numbers or extensions of other offices to which the IVR system can transfer calls.

You can define an Operator office that is used throughout the IVR system for transferring callers who press 0 at any time in the call flow. You can also define other offices that can be used to generate a dynamic list of numbers to which callers can be transferred.

To access the Offices Manager, open a web browser (for example, Microsoft Internet Explorer) and enter the following address into the address bar.

Note: Replace "Server" with the IP Address or host name of the IVR application server and replace "port" with the port number of the service running.
