About Reporting on Surveys

Each time a user answers a question in a survey, an entry is made into the DeviceStatistics table.

The following table contains sample data:

Results data is stored in the format: “a- S1, Q1, C1” where S1 translates to Survey ID=1, Q1 translates to Question=1, and C1 translates to Choice=1.

Unique sessions are identified by the DeviceSessionId field and each individual survey taken by a single user has the same DeviceSessionId stamped on each record. The DeviceSessionId can help agencies report on individual user results.

To report on the aggregate results of each survey, the Trapeze Reporting module is designed to be used with the Customer Surveys module.
