About This Guide
This Floodgate Messaging User Guide is intended to describe the main tasks that you can perform in Floodgate Messaging.
Signing Into Floodgate
You must have a Floodgate Messaging account to access the application.
Signing Out of Floodgate
Signing out of the application helps prevent other users from accessing it without having their credentials verified.
Creating Messages
You can create messages to send to all clients or to a group of clients immediately or on a selected date and time.
Viewing Messages
Depending on your user permission, you can view messages based on their status: Pending, Scheduled, or Sent.
