Closing Subjects of Feedback Records

A feedback record is typically closed in the COM Investigator screen.

If you have information regarding the completion of an action (any activity performed to address, investigate, or resolve an issue reported by a customer) and your level of access allows you to do so, you can mark a subject as closed in the COM Representative screen.
  1. In the COM Representative screen, select the Closed check box: Closed check box.
  2. Click Save.
    The date and time are generated.

The record is marked Closed in the Subject pane of the COM Investigator screen.
