This section explains the organization of the Remarks screen, how to access it, and how to tell when there are new remarks you need to look at.
About Remark Characteristics
Remark characteristics are the attributes that are associated with each message or remark. These characteristics give you useful information about the remarks you receive and can answer a lot of questions you may have about them.
Sorting Remarks By Characteristic
Remarks can be sorted by characteristic on the left pane. Date and time characteristics are sorted chronologically. Text characteristics are sorted alphabetically.

In the Remarks dialog, click the column heading, for example, Category, by which you want to sort the data.

The data is sorted in ascending or descending order accordingly.
