Adding Titles

Titles are forms of addresses added to the surnames or full names of clients, typically used when corresponding with clients as a form of respect.

  1. On the main menu, click Ancillary > Titles.
    The Titles screen appears.

  2. Click the Add New button: Add New button
  3. In the Title field of the new row, type an abbreviation for the form of address you want to add.
  4. Click the Save button: Save button
A number is automatically generated for the new record in the Title Id field.
