The Distribution List screen allows you to define groups of employees to which email
messages concerning specific feedback are to be sent.
A distribution list can be:

Click the Add New button:

In the Distribution List field of the new row, type the name of the list, for example, Customer Service.

In the Comments field, type any information you want to add about
the list.

In the ToList field, type the required email addresses of the
employees in the list.
These are the primary recipients of the email message. You can also choose addresses
from other distribution lists or from a list of investigators. See Adding Recipients to
Distribution Lists for more information.

In the CCList field, type email addresses or list names of
recipients to be carbon copied (CC) in email messages.

In the BCCList field, type the parties to be blind carbon copied
(BCC) in email messages.

In the Setting File Name field, choose the
ini file to be used for email messages concerning this group.
This ini file determines the feedback content, subject title, and common messages that
are included in the email message. If no ini file is selected, the default choice in the
Complaint Email Setting property is used.

Click the Save button:
To save time and effort when adding an email address to multiple lines or columns, use
the CTRL + C (copy) and CTRL + V (paste)
functions. Make sure that you are in Edit mode when applying these functions.
