The COM Representative screen is designed to accommodate circumstances when a feedback record can include more than one subject, relate to a specific service (fixed route, demand response), or refer to multiple transit experiences.
Adding Feedback from PASS Clients
If Trapeze PASS is installed at your site, you can access client/booking information from the PASS database.
About Viewing Feedback in PASS
To view COM feedback associated with PASS clients, make sure that the COM Service properties are configured to match the Trapeze Service Shell running COM and the PASS/Enable Complaints system property is also activated in the Trapeze4 workstation.
