Event Logging

Call Answered: Used with telephony equipment to determine precisely the duration and the number of calls. Options: Off, Summary, Detailed

Geocode Attempted: Tracks geocode attempts. This feature is used to detect and resolve common user errors and/or problems in the map. Choose Off to deactivate or Detailed to activate this property.

Headway Invoked: When activated, a log event is created when users invoked the headway sheet as well as the context in which it was invoked. Options: Off, Summary, or Detailed

Help File Invoked: When activated, a log event is created when a user accesses the help file. Options: Off, Summary, or Detailed

Itin. Requested: Creates a log event when a user attempts to generate an itinerary. Options: Off, Summary, or Detailed

Itin. Wizard Invoked: Creates a log event when the Itinerary Wizard is used to create itineraries manually. Options: Off, Summary, or Detailed

Next Bus Info Invoked: Creates a log event when a user requests next bus information. Options: Off, Summary, Detailed

Remarks Accessed: Creates a record each time user accesses the Remarks Wizard, along with the context (if applicable). Options: Off, Summary, Detailed

Stop Dialog Invoked: Creates a record when a user accesses the Stop Info Sheet, along with the context (if applicable). Options: Off, Summary, Detailed
