Signing In to ViewPoint

To use ViewPoint, open a web browser and sign in.

A ViewPoint URL must be provided by the Trapeze ViewPoint team. Only the provided URL will allow you to access ViewPoint.
  1. Open a web browser.
  2. Navigate to the provided URL.
    The default ViewPoint URL is https://viewpoint.trapezecloud.com/viewpoint. If your agency has an internal version of Microsoft Power BI, you cannot use that version to access ViewPoint. You must use the provided URL.
    Bookmark the URL for future use.
  3. Sign in to ViewPoint.
    Note: If you have Office 365, you can sign in using your Windows user name and password. If not, set a new password to sign in to your account.
    1. Enter your user name.
    2. Enter your password.
    3. Select Login.
  4. To sign out of ViewPoint, do the following:
    1. On the title bar, select the profile icon:
      Profile icon.
    2. Select Sign out.
      A dialog on the browser page states that you have been signed out of your account.
