Receiving Messages

You can view messages sent to you from dispatch.

Drivers can receive messages from Dispatch including information regarding modifications to trip. DriverMate displays a pop up dialogue box that remains on the screen until the required action is performed by the Driver.

Tap the Message button

A list of messages is displayed.

Note: If a message requires a response from dispatch, a pop-up notification will appear on your screen indicating the type of response and action required such as acknowledging the message.
