Adding Comments to Received Messages

Comments can be added to messages received from mobile computers.

Before you begin

MDT Center must be open.

Procedure

  1. Select the message to which to add a comment.
  2. Click Action > Comment.
    The Response dialog box opens.

  3. In the Comment field, type a comment about the message.
    This is separate from the Tracker Action Log.
  4. Click OK.

Results

The comment appears in the Notes column of the MDT Center.
