Filtering by Run in the Schedule Booking Wizard

Before looking for run solutions, you can define the search criteria so that only specific runs are considered.

Procedure

  1. Select a booking and open the Schedule Booking Wizard.
  2. Click the ellipsis button (…) next to the Runs field.
    The Select Runs dialog box shows all active runs for the current schedule.
  3. To choose one run only, type the run name in the field at the top of the dialog box.
    If a different run that you do not want is selected in the grid, click Unselect.
  4. To filter the runs shown in the list at the bottom of the dialog box, define one or more of the following filters:

    Runs Select the run(s) to filter:
    • Daily Master Clusters
    • No Daily Master Clusters
    Run Types Select the run types to filter. If the All Users check box is selected, run groups that are not restricted to users are also listed.
    Run Groups Select the run groups to filter.
    CoDriver Click one or both options:
    • CoDriver - Find runs operating with a co-driver.
    • No CoDriver - Find runs operating without a co-driver.
      Note:

      If CoDriver is selected for the booking, the Schedule Server looks for runs operating with a co-driver. Therefore, you do not have to use this filter.

      If, for example, you have a booking requiring a co-driver and you select No CoDriver in the Select Runs dialog box, no solutions are returned unless co-driver violations are allowed in the Violation Set in use.

    Require Order Numbers Select whether to search for runs with order numbers.
    All Users Select whether the Run Group list is restricted to showing only the user groups to which the user logged in belongs to.
  5. Click Display.
    The grid shows all matching runs.
  6. Select the runs you want:
    • To select multiple runs, press and hold CTRL while selecting the runs you want in the grid.
    • To select all runs, click Select All.
  7. Click OK.
    The selected runs are shown at the bottom of the window.
  8. Continue scheduling the booking.
