Adding Bookmarks

You can create shortcuts to specific records by adding them as bookmarks.

About this task

For example, you can add a bookmark to a schedule to which you want to return later.

You can access your saved bookmark to this screen from any screen in the workstation by clicking the Bookmarks menu and then selecting the bookmark to view.

Bookmarks are saved as long as you are logged into the workstation. When you log out, your bookmarks are cleared.

Procedure

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Click Bookmarks > Add a Bookmark.
    • Click the Add to Bookmarks button:
      Open book.
    The Add a Bookmark dialog box appears.
  2. In the Name field, type a name for the bookmark.
    Trapeze recommends using a name that will make it easy to identify the record later. If a name is not entered, the default name is used.
  3. Click Add.
