About Subscriptions

Before you begin working with subscriptions, read this section to gain an understanding of the different components of a subscription and the function of each component.

A subscription consists of three parts: Master Record, Templates, and Live Bookings.

A master subscription record is like a blueprint. Each master record contains all the information needed for repeated trips but cannot, itself, be used as an active booking. Based on the master subscription record, the system builds individual bookings (template and live) for the actual days the subscription client travels.
