Viewing Driver Itineraries in Schedule Editor

Driver itinerary view shows the driver's schedule for the day (this may include multiple runs).

Before you begin

Schedule Editor must be open to Schedules view.

About this task

Driver itinerary view is not available for unscheduled events. You can display driver itineraries from most Schedule Editor views (for example, Runs, Run Itinerary, and Client Itinerary).

Procedure

  1. Select a Live schedule in the grid.
  2. Click the Display Runs button:
    R on blue paper.
    Runs view appears.
  3. Click a run in the list.
  4. Click the Display Driver Itinerary button:
    Bus (side view).

Results

The itinerary for the driver assigned to the selected run appears.

What to do next

Use driver itinerary view to drag an event out of the driver's schedule and drop it onto a run in Run Itinerary view. To add a driver break or new event to the driver's schedule, add it directly to the driver's assigned run using Run Itinerary view.
