Canceling Trips

Client trips can be canceled while they are in any status in the Provider Status Summary pane.

Before you begin

Trip Broker must be open to the main Trip Broker screen.

About this task

Canceled trips are removed from Trip Broker. If a trip needs to be rescheduled after being canceled, it must be uncanceled in the Trapeze4 Workstation.

Procedure

  1. Locate the trip to be canceled:
    • Click a status in the Provider Status Summary pane and look in the Trips pane.
    • Locate the run itinerary in which the trip was accepted and view it in the Details pane.
  2. Right-click the trip, click Cancel, and select a cancellation or no-show type.
    The booking is canceled and removed from the list.
