Canceling Trips
Client trips can be canceled while they are in any status in the Provider Status Summary pane.

Procedure

Locate the trip to be canceled:
- Click a status in the Provider Status Summary pane and look in the Trips pane.
- Locate the run itinerary in which the trip was accepted and view it in the Details pane.

Right-click the trip, click Cancel, and select a cancellation or
no-show type.
The booking is canceled and removed from the list.
