Unscheduling Trips

Unscheduling a trip removes it from the run itinerary it was originally scheduled on.

Before you begin

Trip Broker must be open to the main Trip Broker screen.

About this task

After a trip is unscheduled, it can be reassigned to another provider. When a trip is unscheduled, the provider ID remains stamped on the booking until it has been accepted by another provider, regardless of whether the trip was accepted.

Procedure

  1. Locate the trip to be canceled:
    • Click a status in the Provider Status Summary pane.
    • Look at the run itinerary in which the trip was accepted.
  2. Right-click the trip and click Unschedule.
  3. Click the Unscheduled status to view all trips that have not yet been scheduled.
  4. No Provider must be selected in the Provider list to see unscheduled trips.
