Printing Bus Graphs

You can choose to first preview the bus graph before you print it.

  1. Click File > Print Preview.
    The Commencing Date dialog appears.

  2. In the Commencing date field, type the first day of the schedule you want to preview.
  3. Click OK.
    A preview of the Bus Graph report appears.
  4. ClickFile > Print.
    The Commencing Date dialog appears.
  5. In the Commencing date field, type the first day of the schedule you want to print.
  6. Click OK. The Print dialog appears.
  7. Click OK.
