Selecting Records in Grid-Based Screens

You can select multiple records in the grid. The records may be listed in succession or in different sections of the grid, that is, not listed in succession.

• To select records listed in succession, click and drag the cursor over the records you want.
• To select records that are not listed in succession, press Ctrl on the keyboard and click the records you want.
