A workspace is the set up of the Trapeze5 workstation on your computer screen in terms of content and appearance.
Customizing the Appearance of Your Workspace
You can change the appearance of your workspace by changing the position or resizing your workspace elements such as the toolbars, screens, and accessories and adjusting the zoom level.

For example, with one or more of the Accessories in view, position the pointer on the right border of the Accessories window so that the pointer turns into a double-headed arrow. Click and drag the border to widen or narrow the box. Likewise, position the pointer between the Launchpad and the Accessories windows and lengthen or shorten those elements.

Change the size of the windows by positioning the pointer over any of the borders so that the pointer turns into a double-headed arrow. Click and drag the border to re-size the window. If the pointer does not turn into a double-headed arrow, it means the window has been maximized within the workspace.
To re-size the screen again, on the right end of the main Menu bar, click the Restore button:
