Assigning Missing Travels

The Missing Travels feature searches the runcut data for missing travels and allows you to add them to the Travels grid.

This procedure is performed before you cut your runs to ensure that you create and account for all travels.
Note: If there are any missing travels, the system is not able to process run cuts.
  1. On the Runs tab, click Runcutting > Missing Travels.
    The Missing Travels dialog box appears. The Swing option is selected by default.

  2. Choose the type of travel you want to find:
    • To find Swing travels, leave the Swing check box selected. This option is selected by default.
    • To view the Garage travels, select the Garage check box.
    The AllConnect check box is activated. If you have more than one garage in the Division and want to see all missing travels between the nodes and all garages, select the AllConnect check box.
  3. Click Display.
    The missing travels appear in the left frame of the dialog box.
  4. Select the travels you want to add to the Travels grid.

    To select all, click Select All.

  5. Click Add.
    The selected travels disappear from the dialog box and are added to the Travels grid.
  6. Click Close.
