About Audit Explorer
Use Audit Explorer to view history records from any screen.
To use Audit Explorer, the security permission key must be granted.
Audit Explorer has two options:
- Audit Viewer. Shows the audit information for a selected record. Fields appear alphabetically and only updated fields are shown. It can only be invoked from grid view.
- Deleted Records Viewer. Shows audit information for any record deleted during a selected date range. A dark horizontal line separates records.
Available information differs slightly depending on the screen and its defined Context. In some cases, you may see a tabbed interface or additional filtering.
