Installing OPS

These steps are a guideline to installing Trapeze OPS. Your particular set up and configuration may vary.

If you are using reports, you will need to install Crystal Report 13 Runtimes on every machine that will run reports.
  1. Extract the BIN files from the zipped TP6 files.
    These files are provided by Trapeze.
  2. Create a profile file.
    Attention: This task is performed by your Trapeze representative.

    Profile files are saved in the path\Config folder, where path is the Trapeze OPS installation directory. Profile files are named name.profile, where name is the application name that appears in the title bar of the Service Shell and Client Shell. You may have multiple profiles for multiple configurations.
