About Supplementary Data

Supplementary data fields are Trapeze database fields used for storing agency-required data unavailable in common Trapeze OPS fields.

You can select supplementary data fields to use in OPS, and specify labels and formatting for the fields. Supplementary data is treated like data in all other fields. It can be imported, viewed and entered in screens, and included in reports. Before selecting supplementary data fields to use, you must select the database tables where the fields are found.

Supplementary data fields are available based on the most frequently required data types in each database table.

You can select any of the following OPS tables that include supplementary data fields:
