Properties For Setting Up Google Map

Properties must be defined before Google Map can be used.

Property Description
Map > Google > Maps API Free Key The free key isn't intended for commercial use, but can be used for demonstration purposes.
Map > Google > Maps API Premier Key Specifies a Google map API key required for using a Google map in Trapeze OPS. An API key is required by Google for commercial use.

If you use the Google map in Trapeze Trapeze OPS, you must obtain an API key from Google and pay license costs to Google each year.

Attention: Trapeze isn't responsible for costs associated with using the Google map in Trapeze OPS.
Map > Google > Maps API Standard Key An API key is required by Google for commercial use. Used by standard Google API accounts.

If you use the Google map in Trapeze Trapeze OPS, you must obtain an API key from Google and pay license costs to Google each year.

Map > Google > Default Map Key Key used for Google API calls: Premier Key or Standard Key.
OPS > Map > Address Matcher Tool Specifies whether Trapeze Address Matcher or Google geocoding is used for geocoding addresses in Trapeze OPS.

Choose Google Geocode.

OPS > Map > Default Zoom Level Index Specifies the default zoom level for maps in Trapeze OPS.
OPS > Map > Map Height In Report Specifies the map height in OPS Standard Reports.
OPS > Map > Map Type Specifies the default map type for Google maps in Trapeze OPS.
OPS > Map > Map Viewer Specifies whether the Trapeze Map or Google Map is used in Trapeze OPS.

Choose Google Map.

OPS > Map > Map Width In Report Specifies the map width in OPS Standard Reports.
OPS > Map > Search Area Specifies the search area for geocoding addresses using Google geocoding (for example, ON Canada).
OPS > Map > Use Local Internet Connection If selected, the system uses the local internet connection to get Google map data.

Select the checkbox.
