Setting the Context of the Job Management Screen

Setting the screen Context (F3) shows and filters data related to your task.

  1. In the Job Management screen, open the Context (F3).
  2. Select an Agency.
  3. Enter the From Date and To Date for the date range to show the list of jobs.
  4. Select Divisions.
  5. Select Job Type(s).
  6. In the Schedule Name field, select the jobs configured in the Job Configuration screen to view.
  7. Optional: Select Enable Auto-Refresh for the data to automatically refresh.
  8. Select OK.
