Deleting Offices

You can delete existing offices that are used throughout the IVR system for transferring callers to call flow, or to generate a dynamic list of numbers to which callers can be transferred.

  1. In the List of Offices grid, select the office you want to delete.
  2. In the Options list, select Delete and then click Go.
    The Delete Offices screen appears.
  3. To confirm the deletion, click Confirm Delete.
    An information page confirms that the selected office has been deleted.
  4. Click OK.
You are directed back to the Offices Manager screen.
