List of Offices Fields

The fields in the List of Offices grid are:

Screen	Field	Description
List Offices Grid	Options	Allows you to perform various actions on the selected office.
	Office Name	The unique name of the office.
	Phone Number	The phone number or extension to which a caller is transferred when the office is selected.
	Active	Indicates whether or not the office is currently available for transferring.
	Office Description	A short description of the office.
Office Details Screen	Abbreviation	The unique alphanumeric identifier of the office.
	Office Name	The unique name of the office.
	Office Description	A short description of the office.
	Phone Number	The phone number or extension to which a caller is transferred when the office is selected.
	Active	Indicates whether or not the office is currently available for transferring.
	Operator	Indicates whether or not the office is used as the operator.
	Display Order	The sequence number for the office when is listed on the Other Offices menu of the call flow.
	Long Description	A long description of the office.
	Regular Hours	The times of day that the office is open and able to take transfers.
	Holiday Hours	The times of day that the office is open and able to take transfers on specific holiday dates.
