About Feedback in COM Representative Screen
The COM Representative screen is designed to accommodate circumstances when a feedback record can include more than one subject, relate to a specific service (fixed route, demand response), or refer to multiple transit experiences.
Adding Feedback with One Subject
The simplest type of feedback involves a specific customer comment related to one transit experience. For example, Mrs. Jones calls to inquire about a purse she left behind on a bus.

You can cancel a feedback record that you have begun, but not saved.
