This section explains the organization of the Remarks screen, how to access it, and how to tell when there are new remarks you need to look at.
Accessing Remarks
The Remarks feature can be accessed in several ways.

The appearance of the Remarks button indicates whether there are any remarks and their status.

The appearance of the Remarks button indicates whether there are any remarks and their status.

All remarks are shown in the Remarks screen and sorted in ascending or descending order according to your preference. Click any column header twice to sort the data accordingly.

The Remarks button, which is an exclamation mark, is displayed in different colors depending on the status of the remark:

Blue - There are no new remarks for you, although there may be existing remarks stored in the Remarks screen.
Red - There is at least one new remark. Only new remarks are displayed. All new remarks are marked with the unread symbol: a closed book. This feature ensures that you do not miss unread remarks.
Gray - There are no remarks to view.
